Fallon F. Whidden, Esq.

Fallon F. Whidden focuses her practice on estate planning, asset protection, pet trusts, probate and trust administration, and business law and succession planning. Originally from New Jersey and deeply rooted in her Italian upbringing, Fallon is known for her warm, approachable style and ability to explain complicated legal concepts in plain English. Based in Virginia Beach, she serves individuals, families, pet owners, and business owners throughout Hampton Roads and across Virginia.

Fallon’s practice spans all stages of life, from parents raising young children and families supporting aging loved ones to individuals preparing for retirement or navigating life after the loss of a spouse or loved one. For Fallon, planning starts with real, candid conversations. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals, concerns, family dynamics, and priorities before exploring their options and thinking through the “what ifs” together. Working collaboratively allows Fallon to develop a plan shaped by each client’s circumstances and designed around what actually makes sense for their life, not just what looks good on paper. This is at the heart of what Fallon calls an “Estate of Mind”: real conversations, informed decisions, and the confidence that comes from intentional planning.

Fallon places a strong emphasis on education and is regularly invited to speak to community and faith-based groups, nonprofits, and professional and business organizations. Her interactive presentations and game-style workshops are designed to make learning about estate planning engaging, fun, and memorable. Fallon has also created “Sips & Tips with Fallon,” a weekly social media content series that answers common questions and breaks down misconceptions about estate planning and business law.

Fallon earned her undergraduate degree from Suffolk University in Boston, where she double majored in Government and History. She earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston, attending law school in the evening while working full-time as a paralegal during the day. 

Outside the office, Fallon lives with her husband, Chris, their two young children, Sophia and Benjamin, and her parents as part of a multigenerational household. This experience gives her a firsthand appreciation for the realities of raising children, supporting aging parents, navigating caregiving responsibilities, and the flexibility required to adapt as family life changes over time. She enjoys tea, thrifting for china, collecting Golden Girls memorabilia, Bingo and Bunco nights with her mom, and spending time with her family, including Rocco, their rescued Chihuahua and the first baby of the family.
