Join us for the Harvest & Hope Fall Festival, a special afternoon bringing seniors, families, residents, and community members together for fall-themed fun, meaningful connections, and valuable community resources.
Hosted by Cogir of Chesapeake Senior Living in partnership with Our Lady of Perpetual Help, this event is an opportunity to enjoy the season while connecting with local organizations and community partners dedicated to supporting seniors, families, and the Chesapeake community.
Guests can look forward to an afternoon filled with fall-themed activities, seasonal treats, music and entertainment, community resources, and local vendor connections. We’re excited to have J.S. Burton joining us as a community vendor, giving attendees an opportunity to meet with their team and learn more about the services and resources they offer.
Whether you’re looking to connect with local organizations, discover helpful resources, spend time with loved ones, meet other members of the community, or simply enjoy an afternoon of fall fun, everyone is welcome!

Positively Beautiful's Health is Wealth Workshop

J.S. Burton, P.L.C. is excited to participate in the 3rd Annual Positively Beautiful’s Health Is Wealth Workshop, a community event bringing together local organizations and professionals to promote health, wellness, education, and financial and personal well-being.
As part of this year’s workshop, J.S. Burton will be sharing valuable information about estate planning and why planning for the future is an important part of protecting yourself, your loved ones, and the legacy you’ve worked hard to build.
The afternoon will feature a variety of community partners and resources focused on helping individuals and families take a more well-rounded approach to their health and well-being. Attendees can connect with local professionals, learn about available resources, and enjoy an afternoon dedicated to education, empowerment, and community connection.

Join Fallon F. Whidden, Esq. of J.S. Burton, P.L.C. for an interactive Estate Planning Bingo Workshop designed to make learning about wills, trusts, and planning for the future approachable and engaging.
Hosted by Raquel Ricci, REALTOR®, and Fallon F. Whidden, Esq., this workshop will cover important estate-planning topics while giving attendees the opportunity to participate in a fun game of bingo.
During the workshop, we’ll discuss:
- Living Trusts vs. Wills
- What an estate plan can include
- What happens when you do not have an estate plan
- How estate planning can help protect the people and pets you care about
- How planning ahead can provide greater peace of mind
